OK....now let's get down to business.
I have recently found some vintage pillowcases at yard sales and thrift stores. I LOVE them and today I have found another use for them!
I made a pillowcase apron. I sewed the pillowcase up, added some lace around the edges, and then cut a long strip from the top of an old chenille bedspread (also a thrift find), folded it in half and sewed it to the top of the apron to be used as a tie.
I LOVE this and think I'm on to something here! Can't wait to actually have the time to sew at home now and make lots of fun things!
We've got a graduation pool party to go to tomorrow and I'm looking forward to a little rest and relaxation!
Have a great weekend!!

Congrats on finally being out of school! I'm ALMOST there...still have to work on Monday. Our computer system went down and they couldn't print report cards, so we have to go back Monday and get those ready to mail, copies in permanent records, etc. Relax & enjoy for a few days!
Oh, and you are soooo crafty! I sure could use your help decorating for VBS this coming week!
That looks very cute and what a good way to use wonderful vintage pillowcases. I hope you will show more!!
Did you get your necklace from Vintage Pearl? Just wondering!
